Screening of "Captain Volkonogov Escaped" in Dortmund

The story is set in 1938, in a surreal version of Leningrad. Repression sweeps through the regional Interior Affairs department where Volkonogov works, forcing the captain to go into hiding. At the same time, he tries to seek forgiveness from the relatives of people he helped persecute.
