"Ochsenmaulsalat" - Outrageous Dialect Comedy with Susanne Hasenstab and Emil Emaille

In her new show "Ochsenmaulsalat", Aschaffenburg-based author, columnist and stage performer Susanne Hasenstab puts the comedy of everyday chatter under the microscope. Together with her long-time stage partner Emil Emaille, she turns conversations between spouses, acquaintances and strangers - at the breakfast table, in a cafe or at the bus stop - into absurdly comic mini-dramas.

Following "Morgen ist Gelber Sack!", "Warum ist die Katze so dick?" and "Alltagsdramen", "Ochsenmaulsalat" is the duo's fourth full-length programme. This time the subjects include slippers, throat lozenges and robot vacuum cleaners, a woman named Mechthild's cats, pensioners in Advent, and the fateful discovery of red strings in the washing machine. The duo also takes the audience to a mysterious inn in the Spessart, where on "Tatartag" the line between human and animal communication begins to blur late into the night.
