148th Poetry Slam - verse from and for the audience
Kulturzentrum KFZ, Marburg, Germany
Summer is almost here, and Marburg is gearing up for another literary boundary-crossing. On 16 June 2026, poets will take the stage at KFZ in Marburg for the 148th time, competing between punchlines and poetry, angry rants and wordplay. Armed with nothing but their texts and a maximum of 6-7 minutes. No props - just language, voice, and the audience, who ultimately decides who wins the night.
Hosting the evening are Stella Jantosca and Tobias Beitzl - with charm, pace, and a sharp ear for both the quiet and the loud moments in between. Together they steer through a night as unpredictable as life itself: funny at times, moving at others, occasionally uncomfortable - but never dull.
Whether seasoned slam veterans or fresh voices: the 148th Marburger Poetry Slam will shake the stage and keep the audience listening, laughing, and thinking.
