Maggie Reilly is among the few artists who can look back on such a versatile and successful career. From her soul and funk-influenced beginnings in the seventies with the band Cado Belle, through her world-spanning career as the voice and stage presence of Mike Oldfield, to her respected position as a solo artist - for nearly forty years she has been a fixture on the music scene.

After recording her first album with Cado Belle in 1976, an album clearly influenced by soul and West Coast sounds, Maggie Reilly toured the world with legends like Poco. In 1981, as the singer of Mike Oldfield, she achieved worldwide breakthrough. Her voice is what made hits like "Moonlight Shadow", "Family Man", "To France" and "Foreign Affair" the personal soundtrack for millions of listeners. To this day, these songs remain a staple of radio stations and have secured their place in music history.

In the late eighties, Maggie Reilly took time for her family. In 1992, she made a triumphant comeback with her first solo album "Echoes". Her debut single "Everytime We Touch" immediately stormed the top of international charts, proving that the Scottish singer could achieve success as a solo artist and songwriter in her own right.

More hits followed: "Wait", "Follow The Midnight Sun", "Listen To Your Heart", "Every Single Heartbeat" and "Always You". "Everytime We Touch" even reached the top of the charts a second time - as a dance version by Cascada, it dominated the US charts for weeks.
