Kristina Bogansky - a Berliner by choice - has been touring Germany since 2017 with honest stand-up comedy in the American tradition.

Her authentic stage presence pulls the audience straight into her world. Bogansky is a modern single parent - mother and father rolled into one - and as she sees it: you either develop a great sense of humour in that situation, or you become a professional lunatic. She went with both.

Not always easy, but always honest. Bogansky is of course not just a mother but also a woman. She doesn't talk about her periods, though - they repeat themselves anyway. And she won't pick up a guitar and sing feminist anthems either, because she only plays the flute.

1000 takes on life - a little wicked, always self-deprecating, and above all genuinely funny. Bogansky tackles the questions others never ask, probably because they're busy with other things. She's happy to step in.

From gangsta rap to happy endings to heartbreak - no topic is too trivial for Bogansky. She analyses everything that crosses her mind with charm and a stubborn streak. Fresh, sharp, and funny - and she even wins over the child-free crowd. Highly recommended.
