Once again, "La Nonna Accelerata" - the turbo-charged grandmother - swings onto the saddle of her Vespa Cesarina and heads off alone over the Alps to the deep south of Italy!

This time it has to be Sicily, because the boot wasn't enough!

She covers over 5,000 km on her trusty steel donkey, encounters sly would-be mafiosi, survives breakdowns and accidents, and tackles her adventurous tour with courage and optimism - all to write a book about it in the end.
