When Helmut Schuller receives a serious diagnosis, he decides to turn his life around. Rather than medication or surgery, he radically changes his diet and commits to daily cycling. After nine years of uncertainty, what doctors had deemed impossible becomes reality: guided by his personal philosophy of "Nutrition, movement, faith", he heals himself.

During his illness, a wish takes shape - to walk the Camino de Santiago in the Holy Year 2010. Full of energy and renewed vitality, the 67-year-old sets off by bicycle from Weiden to Santiago de Compostela and Fisterra, all the way to the "end of the world".
