Distelhäuser Bierakademie - Bierdoktor - Course 2

From Bierbachelor to Bierprofessor: Over three courses, you'll explore fascinating aspects of what seems like an everyday drink - beer. After each course, you'll take a short final exam, receive a diploma, and get a matching gift.

Course 2 focuses on home brewing. You'll spend the entire day with a master brewer in the Distelhäuser Brauerei workshop, learn each brewing step up close, and taste various beer styles. At the tapping course at the glass counter, you'll discover what matters for hygiene, glassware selection, and proper pouring technique.

Those who pass the final exam earn the title "Bierdoktor", an exclusive pin, and a brewer's apron. The course runs from 10 to approximately 17:00 and costs 80 euros - including lunch, Distelhäuser beverages, pin, and apron.
