TsuShiMaMiRe is a Japanese rock trio founded in 1999, consisting of Mari (vocals, guitar), Yayoi (bass, backing vocals) and Asami (drums, backing vocals). In 2024 they celebrated their 25th anniversary with a six-month tour across the USA and Japan, releasing three more albums along the way.

The band has 19 US tours, 7 European tours and 23 released albums to their name. Their music - spanning hardcore noise, heavy funk disco and introspective indie rock - has been featured in films, TV shows, animated series and video games.

Mari's lyrics challenge social conventions, everyday anxieties, rebellion and love; her vocals range from childlike wonder to tragic despair. Yayoi's bass playing shifts abruptly between furious drive and stoic control. Asami is the band's newest member, replacing Maiko on drums.
