This evening takes a humorous look at his personal life, his childhood, and his career in German politics. The programme also covers friendships in the political day-to-day, the fall of the Berlin Wall and German reunification, and the current state of world affairs. During the event, Gysi will take questions from the audience and answer them with his characteristic charm.
