A chef who cooks better than your mum, an actor with the appetite of Obelix, and a pianist who can tell white keys from black ones - together they present the world's first improvised cooking show!

At the start of the evening, none of them know what will end up on the table. They cook with whatever the audience brings along. So: raid your fridges and pantries, haul your supplies to the Apex, and watch what the trio does with them. At the end, the audience tastes the results and votes on whether it actually works.

Alongside genuine cooking tips and cheeky one-liners, there are improvised songs on the night's theme - because, as everyone knows, the ears eat too.
