The Bakery Brothers - A Brother Duo, Two Voices, Many Strings

The Bakery Brothers have traveled many miles during their musical career. They played with the bluegrass quartet Johnny & the Yooahoos on a USA tour and performed at the "Greyfox Bluegrass Festival", among others. On the other hand, the brothers were part of the rock and roll band Midge's Pocket at the "Burg Herzberg Festival" and appeared in the BR Late Night Show "Ringlstetter".

Yet brothers Johnny and Basti continually return to the intimacy of an acoustic duo and the endless possibilities of American music - from folk, old time, country, and bluegrass to a touch of rock and roll. With two-part harmony and a rich collection of stringed instruments, The Bakery Brothers show their listeners how timeless centuries-old stories are, how candid the present moment is, and how promising the future can be.
