Description was written before the event

See Wiesn at Dutenhofener See near Wetzlar brings the Oktoberfest experience right to the lakeshore - with brass band music, Ballermann-style hits and festival beer from Starnberger Brauhaus.

Anna Maria Zimmermann, Mountain Crew and Olaf Henning take the stage. The festival tent will see a ceremonial barrel tapping, and guests are welcome to come in traditional Bavarian dress.

The event draws visitors from Wetzlar, Limburg, Herborn, Marburg and the wider region.
