Victoria Ulriksen - Organ Concert

Victoria Ulriksen (born 2006) is pursuing a bachelor's degree in organ at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater Leipzig under Prof. Dr. Martin Schmeding, while simultaneously studying church music at the Norwegian Academy of Music under Prof. Kåre Nordstoga. She also studies fortepiano and modern piano with Professor emerita Liv Glaser. Victoria has won prizes at competitions both in Germany and abroad, including first place in the final of the Jugendmusikwettbewerbe and the audience award at the International Maria Hofer Organ Competition 2023. She has received grants and scholarships from the Jansons Foundation, the Tom Wilhelmsen Foundation, and the Fegersten Foundation.

Victoria has performed at numerous festivals, among them the Oslo International Church Music Festival, the Bergen International Organ Festival, the Internationalen Orgelsommer Karlsruhe, the Festival Internacional de Órgão e Música Sacra, and the Nordic Church Music Festival. Olivier Latry selected her to play the famous organ of St. Bavo's Church at the International Organ Festival Haarlem last summer. She has also opened the Salzburg Festival four times.
