Where better to spend Christmas than in a luxury hotel nestled in the snowy mountains? Unfortunately, reality has other plans. Leon Franke (Stefan Marx) can hardly believe his bad luck: a car broken down in the middle of the snow somewhere in the mountains, a luxury hotel that turns out to be a crumbling mountain hut, avalanche danger at level five... and all of this two days before Christmas. When the overly cheerful innkeeper Paul (Simon Hillebrand) shows up and tries to slow down Leon's already stressful life, the festive chaos is complete. Snowed in, surviving on bread and water - bring on Christmas Eve...
