6aufKraut Presents "Mit künstlerischer Intelligenz" - Improv Theatre Show Every 6th of the Month

In improvisational theatre, every scene is simultaneously a premiere and a final performance - a world premiere and a world farewell. Regularly, on the 6th of every month, "6aufKraut" performs at and around the Kofferfabrik. On each 6th, the performers and audience surrender to the intoxication of uniqueness.

Usually we offer an evening of shows with various scenes and improv game forms. But sometimes we perform a continuous improvisational theatre long-form piece. This could be "Krippenbeißer" - a thrilling battle between two adversaries over an important decision for the main character, a "Spirale Mortale", in which different characters defined by chance encounter each other, or perhaps "Der Harold" - a collage freely associated from a single concept.

It's also possible we have guests and stage an improv theatre match. Or we do something completely different.

For over 30 years, the group "6aufKraut" has performed improvisational theatre - sometimes wildly absurd, grotesque and comic, sometimes magically poetic, but always, well, hyperastonishing! Because based on audience suggestions, never-before-seen mini- or maxi-dramas emerge in seconds. As always: nothing rehearsed, everything spontaneous, unrepeatable - sometimes unusual or incredible, sometimes very ordinary, sometimes magnificent, but in any case with artistic intelligence.
