Martin Engelien's "Go Music" - 30 Years of GO MUSIC - The Art of the Musical Moment - this time rock, funk and soul that gets under your skin

GO MUSIC celebrates its 30th anniversary in September 2026 with four concerts across southern Germany and Austria. Martin Engelien's concept has rested on the same principle for three decades: international musicians come together with no rehearsals and no setlist - just the joy of playing and mutual trust.

For the autumn tour, Engelien has put together a funk and soul lineup: Simon Novsky (Grammy winner, arranger for Candy Dulfer and Prince, among others) on vocals and piano, Jürgen Scholz (guitarist for Klaus Lage and Lotto King Karl) and Patrick Metzger on drums, who has toured with Bobby Kimball (Toto), among others. Engelien himself on bass completes the quartet. Classics get reinvented, grooves stretched on the fly - what happens on these evenings cannot be reproduced.
