As summer slowly draws to a close, GO MUSIC sets off a musical firework that hits straight in the legs, heart and soul! In September 2026, four cities in southern Germany (Erlenbach, Fürth, Habach) and Austria (Enns) will host a sonic space where everyday life fades away and only the groove matters. Funky. Soulful. Unpredictable. Alive.
The mastermind behind this journey is once again Martin Engelien - bass legend, musical visionary and missionary of genuine live music. For over three decades his name has stood for a unique concert concept: top international musicians come together without a safety net, without rehearsals, without a fallback plan - but with maximum joy in playing, mutual trust and the courage to live in the musical present. GO MUSIC is not a concert, GO MUSIC is an event.
For the September 2026 dates, Engelien has assembled a high-calibre funk and soul lineup that knows how to not just play groove, but live it.
SIMON NOVSKY - soul on a world stage
He breathes soul! A Grammy winner (Kirk Franklin) and arranger for names like Candy Dulfer and Prince, he brings international class to the stage. Whether as a vocalist or at the piano, Simon gives GO MUSIC a soul-drenched intensity that gets right under your skin.
JÜRGEN SCHOLZ - funk with attitude and humour
The guitarist of Klaus Lage and Lotto King Karl is the ultimate "antidote to a bad mood". With charismatic presence and razor-sharp riffs, he turns every room into a pulsating dance floor. Infectious, liberating, irresistible!
PATRICK METZGER - the engine of the groove
Behind the drums sits a virtuoso who has already toured the world alongside Bobby Kimball (Toto). Patrick is not a drummer - he is a heartbeat: explosive precision and passion that drives the show from the very first second. Forget rigid setlists!
At GO MUSIC, spontaneous moments arise that cannot be replicated. Classics...
