The Orchestra of the Americas Group was founded in 2002 on the belief that talent knows no borders. Its mission is to identify and nurture exceptionally gifted artists from overlooked and underserved regions of the western hemisphere and beyond. The flagship ensemble - the Orchestra of the Americas - brings together the finest young talents from more than 30 countries each year, training and promoting them on the international stage. The group also drives the Global Leaders Institute, which offers the world's first MBA in arts innovation, the global music conservatory OAcademy, and a range of other initiatives at the intersection of art, education, and social impact.

OAcademy reimagines the conservatory model by making world-class musical training accessible to talented musicians worldwide. Its Artist Diploma is a graduate-level programme led by active performers and industry experts, delivered through flexible, technology-supported learning. Students combine performance training and repertoire study with courses in performance science, artistic leadership, and pedagogy - preparing them to win auditions, lead artistic projects, and drive positive change in their ensembles and organisations. The curriculum blends an intensive online component with in-person events around the world.
