Simon loves the here and now!,

He yawns mid-sprint, dreams mid-run,
And gets up before the alarm goes off.

Simon loves speed above all
But he loves Manuel even more

Manuel loves a quiet laugh,
Thoughtful, well-planned things.
He irons shirts with a system,
And doesn't find that extreme at all.

He loves notes, neatly sorted,
Has even filed away coincidence.
He loves a book with dog-eared pages,
And still reads the blurb on the back.

All of this Manuel loves dearly
But he loves his Simon even more.
