8. Kultursalon on Tour - Kult-Mix-Show with Daniel Helfrich

Daniel Helfrich, musical cabaret artist and host, brings his Kult-Mix-Show to the Kulturkraftwerk for the eighth time on 20 September - a production by Sapperlot-Theater Lorsch. The programme blends music, comedy, cabaret and contemporary circus arts, with a lineup of award-winning performers.

First up is a comedian who turns the daily grind of tradespeople, the skilled-worker shortage and never-ending construction sites into sharp-edged comedy. Next comes a singer-songwriter who fuses indie, punk and dark humour into an offbeat stage show. A cabaret artist with 20 years on stage then spans the distance from global politics to the absurdities of everyday life - from artificial intelligence to on-time long-distance trains. Closing the evening is a duo from Montreal and San Francisco, at home on stages from Cirque Du Soleil in Las Vegas to the Berliner Wintergarten, delivering slapstick, magic, acrobatics and circus skills.
