The 17-piece KING OF SWING ORCHESTRA brings the world-famous Benny-Goodman-Sound to the stage - 1930s swing as it should sound.

The programme features classics such as SING SING SING, BEI MIR BIST DU SCHÖN, and IN THE MOOD. Master clarinetist ENGELBERT WROBEL, one of Europe's most distinguished specialists in classic hot swing, takes centre stage. ANNA LARSEN provides vocals, while bandleader and drummer PETER FLEISCHHAUER conducts the orchestra.

Rachel Goodman, daughter of Benny Goodman, praised the ensemble with these words: "Thank you for the very fine recording of the music of my father, Benny Goodman… I am glad you keep his music alive."
