Gankino Circus - The Festival Show

Gankino Circus is a folk and world music band from Dietenhofen in western Middle Franconia, founded in 2007. The group is known for its anarchic stage performances, blending music, cabaret and storytelling.

Learned at home, rehearsed on the street, perfected on stages around the world. Few countries and few festivals have been spared their show: Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, France, Italy, Germany, Austria, Switzerland. Every beat hits hard, every song lands. The audience wriggles and celebrates because they simply can't help it - the mix of global pop and Franconian freakshow goes straight to the legs and delivers extraordinary entertainment well outside the mainstream.
