The title says it all: Ingrid Kühne from the Lower Rhine region makes her position crystal clear in her 4th solo programme. As the world keeps changing, her answer is "Ja, aber ohne mich!" - Yes, but without me! There are things that need to be talked about: why bottle caps suddenly have to stay attached, or why she steers well clear of politics altogether. As mayor, she'd much rather celebrate people's birthdays than argue about anything in the council chamber.
