Kastelruther Spatzen - Christmas Concert 2026

Kastelruther Spatzen, the most famous German-language folk music group, arrive in December 2026 with their grand Christmas show at Stadthalle Stadtallendorf.

Seven musicians from South Tyrol are delighted to welcome their fans on Saturday, 12 December 2026. The group boasts an impressive career spanning over 40 years, during which they have performed countless concerts across Europe, thrilled millions of listeners, and sold millions of recordings.

Their concerts are marked by a special atmosphere of closeness with the audience. When they take the stage, hearts beat faster and the mood is simply magnificent. Many fans travel great distances to see "their Spatzen" live - for folk music enthusiasts, their performances rank among the year's highlights.

The first part of the show features songs from their new album and greatest hits such as "Eine weiße Rose", "Herzschlag für Herzschlag", "Daheim in Kastelruth", and "Ein Leben lang". Together with Norbert Rier, the audience can immerse themselves in memories.

The second part of the evening becomes pure Christmas magic. Stars twinkle above the stage, a beautifully lit Christmas tree shines in its splendour. Wonderful videos of snow-covered forests and valleys complete the festive atmosphere. Norbert Rier reads the Christmas story, and Kastelruther Spatzen transform the stage into an enchanted place filled with Christmas emotion.
