Since 2021, Feeling Blue has performed regularly on stages in and around Hildesheim. The seven-member band led by singer Ariane Stepen blends funk, soul, pop and jazz - catchy grooves meet precise brass arrangements featuring trumpet and saxophone. In 2022, the band won first place at the Hildesheim Music Grand Prix "hört!hört!".

In spring 2026, Feeling Blue presents a new evening programme inspired by artists like Chaka Khan, Sammy Rae and Ezra Collective. In live performance, the band emphasizes improvisation and extended groove passages that give every instrument room to shine.
