Antonio Andrade Trio (guitar, song, dance)

Antonio Andrade is one of the most internationally acclaimed flamenco guitarists performing today. With his company he has graced major stages on every continent.

Andrade was born in La Puebla de Cazalla, a small town near Seville steeped in flamenco tradition. He grew up in emigration with his family, surrounded by the richness and passion of this art form - an environment that shaped his artistic sensibility from the very start. His uncle, José Menese, a legend of flamenco singing, was his greatest inspiration, passing on the core spirit and intensity that define authentic flamenco.

Andrade's career brings flamenco to audiences around the world in its purest form. Together with his brother Javier Andrade he founded the Antonio Andrade Flamenco Company, which has produced shows including Mi Andalucía, Viva Sevilla, Noches de Amor, Vaya con Dios, Flamenco Suite, Mi Carmen Flamenca, Torera and Flamenco meets Tango. These works have been praised for their authenticity and creativity, carrying flamenco far beyond Spain's borders and establishing Andrade as a central figure in contemporary flamenco.

His music and artistic vision have been performed on stages across five continents, making him a true international ambassador of the art form.

Antonio has enriched his work through collaboration with artists from other cultures and disciplines - from the Music Ensemble of Benares (India), Monica de la Fuente and Casa de la India (Spain/India), to the María Benítez Flamenco Theatre (USA). His projects have consistently sought to bring flamenco to new audiences. Among the highlights is his participation in Homenaje a Carmen with the Real Orquesta Sinfónica de Sevilla at the Reales Alcázares.
