Finally, on February 14th, JORIS releases his fourth album "zu viel retro", and the title says it all: the record is packed with handcrafted, energetic pop music full of live enthusiasm, imperfection, and raw edges.

"zu viel retro" is music from the heart, born from an artistic and personal phase of highs and lows that has challenged the 34-year-old in new ways. It captures unfiltered emotions recorded just as directly in the studio over a two-year process. JORIS has returned to what has always been his greatest strength: playing live. What has become second nature to him and what he presents with his band at the highest level for over a decade now finds its home on this record.
