Summer Concert: Vivaldi - The Four Seasons

The summer concert features Vivaldi's "il quattro stagioni" - the four violin concertos in which the Venetian master captured the seasons in music. They are framed by baroque arias.

Performers: Verena Küllmer (soprano) and Ensemble arcum tendere lipsiense with Edwin Ilg, Stamatis Veligradis and Constanze Drinda (violins), Oliviero Hassan Saavedra (viola), Sascha Werchau (cello), Uli Singer (guitar) and Thomas Stahr (double bass).

The event is supported by Kulturraum Leipziger Raum and co-funded from tax revenues based on the budget passed by the Saxon State Parliament.
