The Little I-am-I - a small, colourful, hard-to-define creature - wanders happily across a meadow in bloom and meets a tree frog. The frog wants to know what kind of animal it is. The Little I-am-I has no answer. Puzzled by its own namelessness, it sets off to find out. Along the way it encounters horses, fish, birds, hippos, parrots and dogs, asking each one whether it might be like them. But every single one says the same: you are different.

Will it find an identity of its own? A children's play full of imagination, poetry and humour.
