6. Komische Nacht Lingen

Komische Nacht is one of Germany's most successful live comedy formats. Across the finest cafes, restaurants and venues in a single city, you get a lively and relaxed evening of top-notch entertainment from a rotating cast of comedians, cabaret artists and other performers. No two Komische Nacht events are alike.

The format offers a colourful cross-section of Germany's current comedy scene. At each venue, up to 5 comedians perform for around 20 minutes each over the course of the evening. The clever twist: you don't have to wander from place to place to catch different acts. Just buy one ticket for your venue of choice and the comedians come to you. It's the performers who move between locations - off one stage and straight onto the next. For artists and audiences alike, it's a genuine comedy marathon.

Whether it's a restaurant or a student pub, a cultural centre or a hair salon, a cinema screen or a cocktail bar - the venues are as varied as the comedians themselves. One thing stays constant: the laughs. And since laughing alone is fine but can look a bit odd, you're better off bringing friends, colleagues or - depending on your sense of humour - the in-laws. Together you can laugh, eat and drink well, and still have plenty of time in the breaks to catch up properly.
