Anouk is a kind and helpful girl with one strong aversion: she hates going to bed. So her parents are all the more baffled when she suddenly starts rushing to bed each evening with excitement - because what happens there is their best-kept secret. Every night, a magical door opens for Anouk into a world of fantasy and adventure.

She joins pirates on a treasure hunt, takes on challenges in the jungle, and meets colourful characters at a fairground. Along the way she makes new friends and helps other children through difficult moments.
