The faculty of this year's chamber music course take the stage together in the Knights' Hall. The International Summer Courses at Weikersheim Castle have a tradition reaching back to 1956. The faculty concert is presented as part of the Kultursommer and honours Prince Constantine zu Hohenlohe-Langenburg, who initiated these courses. Chamber music at the highest level is a guarantee here! Angelika Merkle is an outstanding pianist and experienced pedagogue, multiple award winner. The Kuss Quartet has set new standards for many years through ambitious and thoughtful programme design. The goal is to offer unique experiences to both traditional audiences and new listeners.
