The German-French-Polish Marion & Sobo Band creates their own style from global music and vocal jazz, proving that handmade, acoustic music can be not only delicate, contemplative, and colorful, but also highly energetic and powerful - even without drums.

French vocalist Marion Lenfant-Preus and Polish guitarist Alexander "Sobo" Sobocinski have spent the last 13 years pursuing their vision of music without boundaries for audiences that transcend generations and cultures. They do it with charm, humor, lightness, and genuine joy in playing!

These well-traveled musicians now present their third studio album, "Gomera," dedicated to the Canary Island where they spent many winters and gathered inspiration for countless songs.

Marion & Sobo Band sounds stylistically diverse - with songs in French, Spanish, English, German, and Romani, featuring acrobatic solos on guitar and violin, scat singing, original compositions, and fresh interpretations of old classics that the band "transforms into the here and now."
