Poetry Slam | DichtungsRing

Poetry Slam at Kulturhaus Kehl returns in autumn 2026 for another edition - a fixture in the programme for six years now. Artists from the German-speaking slam scene perform their own texts; the audience decides the winner through applause. The evening is hosted by Marius Loy, Vice-Champion of Baden-Württemberg 2018.

About the series: DichtungsRing is the Spoken Word series at Kulturhaus - whether prose, poetry, or lyric verse, with PowerPoint presentation, as a reading, or just with a microphone. Poetry Slams are part of it, but not exclusively - everything has its place here, sometimes thoughtfully melancholic, sometimes euphoric, always to the point.
