You work at a clinic specializing in cosmetic surgery and are celebrating the annual clinic party with your colleagues at a restaurant. The stern chief physician Dr. Stark is Germany's most renowned plastic surgeon. The charming senior physician Dr. Frank Süden specializes in breast augmentation and constantly has affairs with the nurses. The insecure assistant physician Dr. Daniel Klein desperately tries to please the chief physician. And the straightforward nurse Vanessa Engel, with her strikingly large bust, wants to win back Dr. Süden, who recently ended their relationship. The hall is filled with famous celebrities from sports, fashion, and culture as guests, as a promotional film for the clinic is being shot here today.

Then a murder occurs, claiming one of the party guests as its victim. Was it Wolfgang Ebert, the aggressive husband of a patient who accuses the clinic of medical malpractice? Or is someone from the clinic staff the murderer?
