The year 1999 is drawing to a close. Aging hippies Sabine and Michi are still trapped in the Flower Power era. They slowly long for change - they are ready for the island. An invitation to the grand Millennium party "HIGH END" on the tiny island of Hellegraskog comes at just the right time. This island, owned by beach-chair tycoon Tim le Ary, serves as the venue for a retreat on "opening" to mark the 30th anniversary of Woodstock. The spirit of the 70s is invoked and the diverse participants, from old 68-era hippies to 90s party girls, immerse themselves deeply in a world not quite forgotten. Work is done boldly and substantially with and in the grass.

But then the unthinkable happens - a murder amid an atmosphere of love, peace and bliss. A lifeless figure lies in white sand. Who pushed Marie Juana off the cliff?
