John Garner - Farewell Tour 2026

JOHN GARNER has existed as a trio since September 2016. Initially, frontman Stefan Krause toured Germany solo under this name. In 2009 he was named "Germany's best rock singer" by the German Rock & Pop Association.

Soon after, Chris Sauer joined on second guitar and mandolin. Together they developed their own distinctive sound and began touring as a duo. Since 2016, Lisa Seifert has been part of this likeable ensemble with her remarkable voice. She not only improved the band's gender balance but enabled their signature three-part harmonies.

Their success story is hardly surprising, nor is it surprising that since 2018 JOHN GARNER has been performing across European stages in a five-piece lineup. With exceptional drums, double bass, piano, electric guitar, and banjo, their instrumental palette is complete - and the floors shake harder than ever before!

The band has already released 3 albums and 3 EPs. They have shared the stage with Mighty Oaks, Greg Holden, Ryan Sheridan, Fiddler's Green, and The O'Reillys and the Paddyhats. They even won the Pro7 show "My Hit. Your Song." and took home a 25,000 € prize.

Over 370 shows and a total of 27 releases since 2016 mark JOHN GARNER's journey so far.

As the year draws to a close, the band members have reluctantly decided to go their separate ways and disband.

As a farewell gift to their loyal fans, they are playing one final tour, with a stop at the Cellarium stage.
