Sam Newbould Quintet

Yorkshire-born Sam Newbould leads an award-winning international ensemble that grew out of Amsterdam's thriving jazz scene. Their music shifts between the introspective and intimate to the exuberant and grand - or simply "mindblowing" (SWN Talent Award).

With their album "Homing", nominated for the Edison Award (the Dutch equivalent of a Grammy), the quintet has earned a firm foothold on the international jazz circuit. Earworm alert at Jazzsommer!
