Guitarist Peter Bernstein has been one of the defining voices of modern jazz for decades. His warm, lyrical tone and elegant phrasing have led to collaborations with Sonny Rollins, Diana Krall, Joshua Redman, and Brad Mehldau. On piano sits Sullivan Fortner - a Grammy Award-winning artist from New Orleans, renowned for his virtuosity and rhythmic freedom, who has worked with Wynton Marsalis, Cécile McLorin Salvant, and Roy Hargrove.

Bassist Doug Weiss provides the foundation, serving as longtime musical director of the Al Foster Quartet and collaborator with Kurt Rosenwinkel, Chris Potter, and Brian Blade. On drums, Kush Abadey completes the quartet - a drummer who has performed early in his career with Ravi Coltrane, Chris Potter, and Dee Dee Bridgewater.
