About the artist: Michael Großschädl, born in 1987 in Graz, is an actor, musician, and cabaret performer. After studying performing arts at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Graz, he spent several years as an ensemble member at the Rhineland State Theatre in Neuss, where he performed in numerous productions and gained his first experience as a stage composer.

He went on to work at Next Liberty Graz, at the Graz Opera, and received awards such as the STELLA Award for Performing Arts for young audiences. Since 2017, Michael Großschädl has also found success in cabaret, captivating audiences with musical wit, linguistic precision, and strong stage presence. With his widely acclaimed solo programmes, he is today counted among the distinctive voices of the Austrian cabaret scene. His Christmas programme will be performed in Kaufungen as one of the first times ever in Germany.
