Michelin-starred chefs, artisan bread bakers, master butchers, cheesemakers, baristas, and an ice cream maker all take part - a chance to explore the breadth of Franconian food culture and watch the professionals at work.

The evening rounds off with culinary highlights and live music in an open-air setting.
