Magic Moments - Barbara Dennerlein

Barbara Dennerlein is one of the few German musicians with a truly global reputation. Her albums have won multiple Jazz Awards and the German Record Critics' Award; "Take Off" reached number 1 in the jazz charts and is regarded as the best-selling jazz album of its kind. As a leading voice on the Hammond B-3 and pipe organ, she has built an international career - on festival stages and in top clubs in New York, London, and Tokyo.

Stylisticaly she moves between swing, bebop, blues, soul, Latin, and funk, blending them with remarkable ease. Her playing stands out for its virtuosity and the exceptionally broad range of tonal colours she draws from her instrument.
