Over 50 years of stage presence and 27 albums speak for themselves, as does Falkenberg's musical versatility. He has been performing since age ten. In the 1980s, he was the singer, composer, and lyricist of Stern Meissen. He quickly rose to prominence in the mid-1980s under the stage name IC FALKENBERG, becoming one of the most successful and popular artists in eastern Germany, selling over 250,000 copies of each of his first two solo albums.

IC Falkenberg's concerts are unrepeatable moments. He weaves sincere intimacy and touching melancholy with humorous stories. Despite his ambitious themes, he remains unobtrusive.
