From Musk to Merz, we witness the return of aggrieved men, and while we can watch in real time as autocrats in the West and East shred democracy, the smallest grand coalition of all time throws a 90s party on borrowed money. Was it really wise to elect a chancellor who almost daily proves he cannot do the job? And capitalism, climate change, and bachelor parties are still with us...

But since despair solves nothing, the multi-awarded author and cabaret artist picks up his accordion, packs enough reason, solidarity, and composure, and prescribes himself optimism. Because: who or what exactly are these good spirits that abandon us? And why always all at once?
