Herbert, Fernando and Veronika have almost nothing in common - except their isolated, separate lives in Stuttgart. And they are all tired in their own way: tired of people, tired of routine, tired of life itself. There is one more thing they share: a bus ticket from the eccentric travel company TUTTI IN CAMPAGNA, which promises to whisk these lost city-dwellers off to "Bella Italia", the land of their dreams. Because true healing of the soul requires going far away. A quick trip around the corner in Swabia won't cut it. Or will it?

The Berlin collective tutti d*amore uses this touring operetta to shake the supposedly dusty genre free of its outdated reputation. This musical-theatre summer journey is about longing for distant places and longing for home, about happiness and where to find it - unexpectedly, right on your own doorstep.
