Oberkrainer from Begunje - The Oberkrainer are coming!

Die Oberkrainer z Begunje perform at Stadthalle Calau on Saturday, 17 October 2026 at 15:00. The ensemble is led by Nici Legat, a musician who played alongside Slavko Avsenik and was a member of the original Young Oberkrainers. The concert pays tribute to the creator of Oberkrainer music through his most celebrated works. A classical Oberkrainer quintet with vocal duo delivers hits such as "Trompetenecho" and "Auf der Autobahn". This is the group's sole German date, offering folk music enthusiasts in Calau an authentic interpretation of Avsenik's repertoire.
