Martina Eisenreich is a natural fit for this anniversary year. She first appeared in Hohenlohe at the Hohebacher Zehntkeller back in the 2013 season. For nearly two decades, the film composer and Quadro Nuevo accordionist Andreas Hinterseher have been making music together - and from the very first note they played as a duo, they have shared an almost telepathic musical bond.

Their repertoire spans klezmer and tango, waltz and film music, classics and original compositions. The sound world of their current programme moves between a breathed pianissimo and near-orchestral force. Each concert is a unique snapshot of musical-cinematic storytelling and an ongoing search for that one magical moment when time seems to stand still.

Wolfgang Lohmeier joins the duo to complete the "ménage à trois". As a sound designer, he actively shapes the musical proceedings with his large red travel percussion kit - an eclectic collection of quirky instruments. Expect an intense, adventurous evening driven purely by a love of music.
