Wüstenberg

Franz Wüstenberg and his six-piece band blend folk-rock with warm, delicate folk - explosive sonic waves meeting fiddle, mandolin and piano. After a decade as frontman of The O'Reillys and the Paddyhats, Wüstenberg is turning a new page: more honest, more vulnerable, entirely himself. His twangy voice paints vivid pictures of setting out, fighting inner demons and a world shot through with magic.

The spark came from a ruined stone house built in 1880 - the place where he decided to start over. Following a 17-city tour as Special Guest of Fiddler's Green, his debut album The King's Gambit was released in February 2026.
