K4Y: Pony in a Suitcase

From age 5, approximately 45 minutes.

"You never win the grand prize!", says Aunt Charlyn. But of course the children do win the pony - and now they have to smuggle it home: past hotel porters, train conductors, and their aunt. Because adults always know better. Or do they?

An adventurous journey begins, where not only suitcases pile up, but problems too. Along for the ride are Aunt Charlyn, two puppets, and one chubby pony.

Dorothee Carls, a graduate of the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts Berlin (puppet theatre department), has worked as a puppeteer since 2006 - including at the Erfurt Puppet Theatre and at theater junge generation (tjg) in Dresden - as well as freelance with her own productions and in independent theatre groups such as Theater Urknall and Ensemble die exen.
