Stories from 40 Years of History
took place · 12 Jul 2026
Staublau, Oldenburg, Germany
Description was written before the event
Over 40 years, Kulturetage has drawn on many texts for its theatre productions. Rather than staging finished plays, the company developed its own pieces, drawing material from novels, non-fiction books, poetry, and original texts.
From this collection, we have selected the most compelling stories for this evening of readings. The range spans from Peter Weiss to Alessandro Baricco.
Readers: Ralf Selmer, Ulf Goerges, Franziska Vondrlik and Markus Weiß
Oldenburg-Pass holders receive free admission. The Staublau also hosts the exhibition "Sytse van der Zee".
